Let’s take a deep dive into one of the most debated and mysterious UFO crash retrievals in U.S. history – the alleged March 25, 1948 Aztec, New Mexico incident.

According to the earliest reports, a 99.9-foot flying saucer landed (or crashed) in northern New Mexico, with multiple non-human biologics found inside. The event was first brought into public awareness by Frank Scully in his 1950 bestseller Behind the Flying Saucers, which relied on sources like Silas Newton and the enigmatic “Dr. Gee” (later identified by journalist J.P. Cahn as Leo Gebauer). The story was quickly discredited after Newton and Gebauer were convicted of oil fraud in 1952.

But the story didn’t die there…

In 1986, William Steinman reopened the case with shocking new details: involvement of the Interplanetary Phenomenon Unit (IPU), a scientific recovery team led by figures such as Dr. Vannevar Bush, Oppenheimer, and even Von Neumann. He also reevaluated the court case of Newton and Gebauer, questioning whether their criminal convictions were part of a cover-up.

The 2011 investigation by Scott and Suzanne Ramsey further reignited interest. Their research included eyewitness testimonies, site analysis, and an in-depth review of logistics and military involvement.

    This video explores:

    • The original claims by Scully

    • The credibility of Newton and Gebauer

    • The debunking attempt by J.P. Cahn

    • The scientific heavyweights allegedly involved

    • The possible role of Sumner Shapiro (DNI) and Bob Oechsler (NASA)

    • Whether a nearly 100-foot craft really did crash in Aztec

    • And more…

Whether hoax, misinterpretation, or genuine event – the Aztec crash story refuses to fade into obscurity.
